Titanium dioxide for plastics is selected by polymer compatibility, processing temperature, dispersion, opacity, undertone and indoor or exterior exposure. The common search phrase “titanium dioxide for plastic” covers very different systems, so PVC, polyolefin, film and engineering plastics should not automatically use the same grade.
Share polymer or carrier resin, processing method and temperature, pigment loading, final-part use, indoor or exterior exposure, opacity, undertone and dispersion targets.
Check dispersion, screen or filter pressure, thermal stability, color and mechanical impact in your own process. Customer formulation and production-line testing are required before final grade approval.

Start with the polymer, processing temperature, dispersion method, final-part exposure and opacity or undertone target. Those factors determine whether a general, engineering or exterior-plastics direction is appropriate.
TITAN MIX P75 is positioned for general plastics, PVC and white-masterbatch use. TITAN MIX P80 is positioned for higher-whiteness masterbatch, engineering plastics and thin-film applications.
TITAN CR-200T is positioned as a high-durability plastics grade, CITIC CR-200 as an exterior-plastics grade and CITIC CR-230 for engineering plastics. Final choice still requires polymer-specific testing.
